The Selling Process

Closing 

This is when we meet at the title company to finalize the sale.

Once all the paperwork and verifications have been signed and processed:
  • Proceeds of the sale are disbursed. 
  • The property gets transferred to the buyer. 
  • The existing mortgage on your home gets paid off. 
  • You may transfer keys to the new owner
 
At this point, the sale is complete.
