1 - The Financials

• Speak with a lender and review the available mortgage loan programs available to you.
• Obtain a pre-qualification letter.
• If you happen to have the cash laying around, well.. you can skip this entire step!

2 - Finding a Home

• Determine the search area and house characteristics.
• Time to go house hunting!​

3 - Negotiate an Offer

• We will  assist you in making an educated offer by preparing a Comparative Market Analysis, and allowing us to properly  negotiate the price. 
• As soon as a contract is signed, we will coordinate the critical dates with the lender, title company, and all the cooperating parties to ensure a timely and succesful closing

4 - Contract Through Closing

• It is also important and recommended that the property gets inspected by a licensed Inspector. This will allow you to have a much better picture of the condition of the property as well as allowing us to better negotiate any necessary repairs.
• At this point  we must follow the lender's directions in gathering all the documents necessary for a loan approval
• The closing day has arrived, and here comes the great sound of the keys to your new home !! ​
